Joining our committed team, you will be responsible for everything 'kitchen'. You will be managing the meal and catering service according to current accepted best practice and meeting all legislative requirements associated with the preparation, storage and serving of food.
- Menu Preparation - Preparing menus for clients meals and internal catering
- Meal Preparation - Managing the preparation of meals to the procedures for the service and timetable
- Meal Service - Liaising with Nurse Managers to maintain quality meal presentation
- Supplies - Managing the purchasing of supplies and ordering system, and provision to designated areas
- Supervising all kitchens
- Cleaning and Hygiene - Supervising all cleaning to maintain hygiene standards. Ensuring that all Infection Control policies and procedures are followed at all times
- Quality Standards - Ensuring appropriate quality standards are maintained and each category audited
